As scrapbookers, we all know how long our sitting durations are. For your own health you must stretch and get the blood flowing again. It is good for you and can really recharge you. Stretching can help reduce fatigue, tension stiffness and pain in parts of your body that become stiff. And of course weight gain....YUCK This would be great for classes, all night scrappers, scrap vacations and girls night out!
